AOL Converting All FBLs to ARF on 9/2/08
Christine, of the AOL Postmaster Team tells us that:
Beginning on September 2, 2008, AOL will remove the option to create non-ARF FBLs. We will also convert all existing non-ARF loops to ARF loops.
