Best Practices

You might be a spammer

You might be a spammer if

  • you think in terms of “prospects” not “clients” or “customers”
  • you think only of the revenue that the people on your list represent
  • you think that “best practices” are rules that apply to other people, but not you
  • you think that businesses who use your product or service are in business for the sake of doing business instead of helping clients solve problems
  • you think that adding random text to your email will solve all of your delivery problems
  • you think that “deliverability” is about doing the minimum to get by “the ISPs”.
