Can someone tell me why…

Can someone tell me why people who call themselves professionals…

  • won’t do their own homework first?
  • seem to be blissfully ignorant of how the people they are communicating with view them?
  • think that merely having the proper relationships will fix any problem?
  • demand answers from others without so much as a “please” or “thank you”?
  • never stop to consider the lessons that can be learned even from those they consider to be trolls?
