You give an excellent example as to why email marketers should be looking at all of their metrics; even better, giving examples about how to think about those metrics.  I think that many email marketers kind of know that metric data other than opens, clicks, and opt-outs exists, but don&#039;t know or haven&#039;t been taught how to apply those metrics.
